Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely package your eyewear to prevent damage.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original cases and cleaning cloths are included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
